WHY THIS PROCESS?
01
A Different Approach
Breakthroughs require the right conditions. When mindset, structure, and facilitation align, they create clarity, direction, and the forward momentum that breakthroughs require.
02
The Triple System for Teams
Breakthroughs Don’t Happen by Accident. Teams rarely lack talent—they lack alignment. When mindset, structure, and facilitation are present, conditions are created for meaningful progress.
03
Turning Insight Into Progress
Insight alone isn't enough. The right system turns ideas into action and action into outcomes—making progress possible, consistent, reliable, and repeatable.
courage through mindset + impact through process
APPROACH
How I work
I design systems that bring three elements into alignment:
Mindset — Navigate pressure, uncertainty, and creative risk.
Structure — So ideas turn into clear decisions and direction.
Facilitation — The right conversations happen at the right time.
TESTIMONIALS
What people are saying

Alexa provided a powerful framework for understanding how I interact with others and more importantly, how I understand myself. Her coaching was critical to the ability to implement PQ in my work and personal life. No exaggeration, the PQ Program helps you form new neural pathways. It will literally change your brain for the better. I highly recommend the program and her coaching.

I’m astonished to find that a daily practice of brief, grounding exercises can rewire your brain in a way that centers joy and curiosity. As a professional creative, the shift for me was quite radical—and began to show up in my work and in my collaborations immediately.

ABOUT
About the Work
ABOUT THE WORK
Breakthroughs don’t happen because people try harder.
They happen when the right system is in place.
We have systems for linear processes—business, finance, operations. But innovation requires something different.
Most teams already have the talent, ideas, and ambition they need.
What’s missing is alignment—how they think, how they work, and how they move forward together.
That alignment is the system.
That’s where I come in.
HOW I WORK
I design systems that bring three elements into alignment:
Mindset — so people can navigate pressure, uncertainty, and creative risk.
Structure — so ideas turn into clear decisions and direction.
Facilitation — so the right conversations happen at the right time.
When these work together, things shift quickly.
What felt stuck becomes clear.
What felt complex becomes actionable.
WHAT CHANGES
People move from:
-
Scattered ideas → Shared Vision
-
Hesitation → Confident Action
-
Stalled progress → Measurable Outcomes
Breakthrough stops being a rare moment—and becomes something repeatable.
WHY IT WORKS
Most breakthrough efforts fail for a simple reason:
The system needed to support them was never designed.
When you design the system, everything else follows.
ALEXA FLEUR
The person behind the work.

Alexa Fleur is a Creative Systems Architect who designs the conditions that make breakthroughs possible. She partners with founders, leaders, and creative teams to turn complex, high-stakes challenges into clear, aligned paths forward.
Her work sits at the intersection of mindset, structure, and facilitation—integrating design thinking with mental fitness to help teams move from friction to forward momentum. Where most approaches push for more effort, Alexa focuses on the system that produces results.
Alexa is the co-founder of CritiqueIt, an edtech platform acquired in 2018, where she led product design and innovation in collaboration with universities and instructors. Since then, she has worked across industries—including technology, education, and the arts—guiding teams through moments of ambiguity, reinvention, and growth.
As a producer and creative process coach for MARIAN (now ONE VOICE), a Broadway-bound musical inspired by Marian Anderson, Alexa applied her systems-based approach to help a multidisciplinary team move through creative impasse. By realigning how the team thought, worked, and collaborated, she helped unlock a new creative direction and sustained momentum for the production.
She is a Certified Positive Intelligence Coach (CPQC) and Co-Active trained coach, currently working toward her ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
Her work is especially valuable when the path forward is unclear—when teams are stuck, stakes are high, and breakthrough is required.
